When RR steps down?

I think this is the best that can happen.

KM has blocked many opportunities. And he conveniently keeps the books just right to try and extend the current power structure. While that is normal human nature, I think it will take more turnover than just RR. RR is full of fluff and has managed to find an audience of activist supporters, but none of them know enough about business and technology and are really in the way. JNI has become bloated again at a time when we can least afford it.

To start with Pushing out AA would be beneficial.

RR must step down. He was appointed as CEO in Nov 2014 and it is more than 6 years from today.
In the past 6 years, Juniper Valuation came down from $11B to $8B. Juniper constantly laid-off employees,. Most importantly, RR created a culture where most valuable employees left with brutal politics. Mediocre management is encouraged in the middle layer. RR failed set culture, structure, and strategy and the led biggest debacle of Juniper. He must be laid off and along with CFO, who is not brave enough to take risks to generated cash.

Guys, If I were the CFO, I would have invested Juniper's cash into bitcoin and Tesla stock and doubled the cash resevers by now.

RR should have sold the company to Samsung when he had the chance. Blew it for everyone, especially shareholders.

RR will obviously not step down on his own, he will need to get pushed out. A much better situation would be to push out AA, but that seems unlikely due to the political connections he has built.
