HARD Accountability for Nike Leaders/Managers

Have any of you taken accountability for your part or contribution to ruining someone else's life? Or the demise of it? Did you hide and not speak up out of fear? Did you go with the flow or popular version to protect yourself? Did anyone of you witness this and said nothing? YES is the answer. Have you ever apologized or asked for forgiveness? NO. Were you in the "cool" kids club? Temporarily as you were being used? SILENCE is likely your answer to protect yourself and remain in the club. You've seen this happen to others that drop out of that club and end up exiled and eventually let go. WHY are we protecting the NET? Aren't you done being silenced? HR is fully aware of all of this and beyond (wasteful employment). Portland is still relatively small, and when you're black balled (racist acronym), you're done. Do you realize this? You're cutting people off at the knees. Nike! You disgust me! Only the NET has the power and they will utilize it to their self interest. THIS IS WHAT WE'VE BECOME. Be clear, no one is safe. TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY! ALL OF YOU! Hundreds of lives have been displaced because of you! Yet, the NET with all their millions can go on with life in luxury. WAKE UP! WE MEAN NOTHING TO THEM OTHER THAN THEIR PAYCHECK AND PARACHUTE! WHERE'S OUR PARACHUTE? The door.

I was been bullied by my team for a year and a half. When the situation happened my boss was on maternity leave and "ALL" the Directors were on sabbatical, our VP transitioned to another team and the new VP she joined the bullying team, she immediately disregarded me, was outwardly snobby. The main rat who buried me was promoted to a Director. His reward for burying me he was "IN" with NET. The situation was an outburst by me while I was being pushed by my co workers to help with too many projects because no one was managing the team. Remember "All" the Directors on sabbatical. I had NO avenue for help, I became over worked and very stressed. I am really good at my job I buried myself in work while my team bullied and ignored me for the year and a half. My work has made nike millions of dollars in revenue. When my boss returned she also enabled the bullying to continue, she held me back on my year end. I eventually came out of the fire, my work was on fire. Yet the bullies received all the credit. Even through the October reorg the bullies got rewarded with promotions and I was held back again. Yes employed but passed over which now I attribute to my age in the 50's because reality nike has a succession plan to elevate younger employees, as said to us in VP and HR meetings back in Jan 2020. Anyway I am very good at what I do I have 2 college degrees and several years experience in the industry, worked for several brands. I am not surprised the state of nike is challenged, the environment is trashed by this ceo.

Collect facts, document them and go public! It's the only way to change anything and protect yourself!!

Witnessed repeated and rampant s-xism and favoritism by the CDiO and his friends he’s hired. All Of it documented and reported, then buried by HR, legal and ER. Everything is geared to protect the image and the top of the leadership.

Where are the Board members and MP? How can they stand by this? I hope they realize they’re sitting on a red ant pile butt naked. Us/We the employees will not put up with this much longer. PK created this company with a dream in mind. We are his red ant army!

I was thrown under the bus for clear ethical and financial violations by a NET member. When she was questioned she protected herself and pointed the finger at me. When I proved she was lying with hard evidence, I was gone. MANY people around me knew what was going on. No one has taken a stand and she is still living high on the hog at Nike (and shareholder’s) expense.

I spoke up, more than once, and so did others on my team against another person who was ruining the team, using intimidation tactics, being dishonest, and so much more. Nothing happened to that person. Few of us ended up leaving to get away from all the stress and the unpleasantness that person brought.

Saw it happen, spoke up and was isolated and finally let go. Integrity doesn't mean much anymore, unfortunately.

I witnessed someone targeted after fmla. It was awful. They abused her to quit. 18 years at Nike. She went on to Intel. Amazing human being.
