A lot of people are looking for fulfilment at work, which is totally misguided because it no longer exists. It is much easier for me now that I do not expect anything. I do my part with the minimum effort, I take the paycheck and that’s it. I absolutely do not even bother thinking about their wrong moves and bad managing because absolutely nothing can change. In the meantime I am dedicated to seeking a new job, and what happen to this company, I do not care.
