We all know all the wrong things Exxon led by this management has been doing for the past several years but is there anything the company has been doing well? Something you think is actually working and we should continue doing it? Does something like that exist right now?

Polyethylene business. Building assets on the gulf coast (although ten years ago XOM said doing that was a terrible idea).
Trying to merge with other the oil major. This will give a nice exit to the execs!
Having me on the payroll
We are doing a great job of continuing to pay Darren Woods commensurate with his real value to the corporation.
Sure, we’ve had a 37% reduction in market cap in his 4 year tenure, been booted from the Dow, conducted disguised layoffs and made grand promises that will not be kept, but kudos to the company for continuing to provide $30M in total compensation per year to Darren. The company recognizes that despite the results, Darren’s strategic insight and leadership skills are worth every million.
We should be proud that with the magic of compound interest, our beloved CEO should have a net worth near $1B when he retires in 10 years. Winning!
Reducing our headcount. Alienating the workforce and guaranteeing no one in their right mind will ever accept an employment offer in the future
Mobil 1 Synthetic is a pretty good product that holds up well in extreme conditions. I've had good luck with it in temps down to -45 and as high as 110. I had oil pressure issues with other brands when temps were sub-zero. So XOM has a pretty good thing going there.
