I’ve been here over 3 years and I’m not seeing any mobility in my career and I’ve been debating on leaving. I could name so many things that I find wrong with the company as a whole. I’m sure that others can as well. But what I’m really interested in is what makes you STAY. I would appreciate it if I can get honest answers instead of any kind of sarcasm.

Biggest problem is all promotions are almost entirely seniority based. Who is the youngest people manager at the company? Is there a single one under 35? Young people won’t stay. If you want to be a manager just exist on your team for the longest. “Wait your turn”. Nothing is skill based.
