Yes I know I don’t have a life and still care about those left behind to struggle. But I still monitor this site to see how the remaining souls are surviving. It’s been pretty quite and that either says that everyone is content and happy or everyone is just surviving and not wanting to draw attention to themselves due to the low numbers. The ones that I have reached out to say that moral is at an all time low and there is no information being communicated.

We still have flex time and by that they mean that we must be available 24/7. They also still require you to be multitaskers and by that they require you to perform the work of three different positions but we only get paid for one. Sooooo there is that too!!

Your reply should be printed and posted in every office still occupied in campus. Bldg 4 and 15 being the ones needing this refresher the most.
Let’s see. We are severely understaffed and will work you in the ground and we will call it a fast pace work environment. They will offer you competitive wages and by that we will pay you just enough to stay and try to convince you that there are no other better jobs out there. We require you to be a fast learner and by that we will give you minimal training and expect you to figure this sheet out on your own. The most honest thing they they say is that we are a family and by that they are the most toxic and manipulative group of people in your life and will get you to do things that you are not okey doing. Oh and you will be looked down if your not a team player and by that you can never set boundaries unless you are okay with them violating them everyday. Outside of that things are great here.
The ones that I have reached out to say that they are getting ready to GTfO, with different timing and strategies.
They are feeling the end is very close now, they managed to surf the very last wave, but this is the last one now.
Yep been very quiet around here. Not a good feeling
