It's both funny and somewhat annoying when I hear employees discussing with each other which of them is lazy and which isn’t. My opinion is that everyone works even more than what they are paid for. It's a whole different matter that most of us are demoralized and that we are not willing to give 200 percent of ourselves anymore, which I have been convinced many times that it is simply not worth it.

VP pay. just apply for the job next time. or even a higher paying job. you get what you will take. nothing ventured nothing gained. you choose your pay.

I'm not lazy at all. I do as much as they pay. I'm definitely way under paid . We all are. Do you see what the VP of the Vp of the Vp make? We definitely need to make a lot more
