For anyone who is considering a role @ Envolve Dental...don't. The management is a bunch of micro-managing, unprofessional ineffective 'leaders'. There is no training, no growth opportunities unless you start in the 'basement'. The benefits are decent, however, although given PTO, actually taking it is high frowned upon even as a salaried employee. Although COVID is forcing WFH, this will mostly end in Q4 of 2021 when everyone must be warming a chair again. This is one of the most antiquated companies in existence. Steer clear of this company.

Since WellCare is going through a Merger soon to be Envolve, are many layoffs coming soon for employees who work for CVS and support WellCare? From reading It seems that no one is safe and this is a very uncertain time. If we are like go or laid off is the company required to give a severance or can they just let you go with no severance at all?
