Someone asked if there were any changes in the severance pay policy recently, but there was no answer. That interests me as well, have there been any changes already, or will there be changes in the severance policy before the cuts? Are there any insights? It wouldn’t surprise me at all, but I hope it won’t be because severance pay is a big reason why I’m still here.

Severance pay is a legal liability question. It exists as a kind of insurance against lawsuits related to forced separations. Basically they are buying your silence.
If the legal climate changes and Honeywell feels more secure then they will treat you accordingly.
That’s why I keep documentation of everything.
