Thread regarding Oracle Corp. layoffs

This lawsuit really says it all....

If you missed this or haven't bothered to read it, you need to read this:

Management everywhere in Oracle operates like this. You would think AWS people should be warned by now, but they are probably still being lured in.

There is no diversity and inclusion at Oracle. Also, no ethical behavior that I can find.

I once contacted the ethics hotline, got no response, ever. It's all cr-p.

I know it may not do anything, but I filed a report with ethics about this case and his death. They want to talk diversity and inclusion, well; perfect case of mental health issues from
Oracle

OCI is truly a scheiß show. If you are even CONSIDERING joining Oracle or OCI, this lawsuit should dissuade you of said notion.

What else can be expected, when you hand over a huge org to AWS kid and that kid tries to build his own empire and brutally abuses/fires who ever tries to change the company.

Ironically most came from acquisitions, so I guess a lot of cr---y people out there.

The good people in acquisitions always leave. That leaves the creepy people who stay forever.

What’s truly sad about this is that there are people who believe a company that could care less about them is worth more than a human life. That’s how sick some oracle employees are.

It really is all true. I work in one of the GBU’s and they are the same way. Lead by a POS who has the personality of a cardboard box. The leadership in the GBU’s is filled with backstabbers, POS humans, frauds and overall cr---y people. Ironically most came from acquisitions, so I guess a lot of cr---y people out there. Hahahaha. The CEGBU is a dumpster fire. HSGBU is at least he helping people. It’s all just funny. I know people who actually have other full time jobs cause they literally do nothing.

Oracle HR should at this point be out in front of this. They won’t cause they are lowest rung of Oracle dirt.

No question that the OCI lawsuit surfaced a LOT of dirty laundry that Oracle would MUCH rather not see the light of day.

This is going to be a true popcorn eater to watch. It’s nice that the lawyer filing the lawsuits is posting updates. We will see how long that continues to happen before Oracle’s lawyers force a gag order on things.

All of this im sure has done wonders for Oracle’s ability to attract and retain quality employees and prospects.

I would also say that it has likely dented Clay’s reputation as a leader, and very May well result in his ouster at some point.

The instant that Oracle deems Clay to be a legal liability with serious potential to harm the company, they’ll drop (fire) him like a hot rock and he’ll be out on his a-s. We shall see if that happens.

OCI is truly a scheiß show. If you are even CONSIDERING joining Oracle or OCI, this lawsuit should dissuade you of said notion.

Move along! Move along ! These aren’t the droids you’re looking for.

This lawsuit really says it all....

Yup, it says you are at least as big a loser as the rest of the losers at Oracle. Thanks for the clarification.
