I accidentilly got an email that my last day is May 14, 2021.
What does I do?

It looks like that was the date for several office moves.....nothing more.
Was really hoping it would be today. I want that juicy severance.

So anyone else hear May 14th , calls are gonna happen?
Do the minimum. Take the severance. If you take a job, don’t tell T-Mobile as no one will be caring. In fact, look right now. T mobile is also a dying company so good riddance.
What do you do? What you do is place your head as far down between your legs as possible and kiss your rear end goodbye. They are doing you a favor.
In addition to a WARN notice, wouldn't they have to indicate in a financial report ie 8K, 10K?
If it’s a layoff of 50 or more than they give u a 60 day Warn Act warning I think. So add that.
Get the severance, start looking the date the money is deposited but enjoy your summer. There are jobs out there if you want one. Grass is not greener because u might have to work harder but you might find something more rewarding. May 14 makes sense, right after earnings call on may 4th.
How do you know it was sent accidentally? What department do you work in?
At least wait for severance, don't just quit and get nothing
Do the absolute minimum until you find another opportunity or just leave now if you can... they already let you know how they feel about you.
