What divisions are Tier 2 & 3? I think compliance and AML are the only two I’ve heard about.

I know a lot of compliance didn’t come to the office before the pandemic.
Compliance is definitely tier 1. I don't know about AML, but I would think they are either Tier 1 or Tier 3.
Tier 1 is roughly 95% of time you are in the office.
Tier 2 is roughly 75% of the time.
Tier 3 is majority you are remote except for certain all hands, mandatory training, etc.
Majority of staff will be in either tier 1 or tier 2.
