I really appreciate my colleagues and I don’t think it’s their fault nor do I think people should be overwhelmed with work. However, the distribution of work here is simply not fair and I would say that the situation is worse than ever on this point. While some break down from work, for others the working day is almost like leisure activity.

I live in another state and work remotely, however , my manager is in Ren 4 in Florida. I am one of those who are being over worked. I am beyond stressed, I have started having health issues. I am looking else where, its just that its hard getting a job when there are 1000 applicants to an application. Im throwing my fishing rod out, how ever , the fish isn't biting. I truly hope some one hires me, b4 I have a heart attack or stroke.
Some folx need to reframe their thinking. Why not just join them? It just comes off as being jealous you got outsmarted by co-goers. I don't want to get into armchair psycho-analysis, but it's likely people with this mindset enjoying playing the martyr. The modern american workplace is entirely about avoiding accountability. Especially for an MCO, where the bulk of the work is done when the government relations team/lobbyists get legislatures on board with managed care in the first place. After that you're just playing accounting tricks. Until another company buys you and you get integrated into their house of cards instead.
