Dell is a nightmare. Take your severance package and run. They are the worse company - no ethics - no culture 60% workforce in India. 60 day lead time. No communication, complete breakdown!
I was made redundant yesterday. Over 50, been with Dell for a decade. I was in DCCS, not based in US.
50 plus will be targeted especially if many years experience. They will hire 3 people ok TW for the cost of one person here
no clue...first I heard of this. If it is like other companies, people 50+ will be getting the boot. Seems to be the growing trend.
I hope and pray that I will get laid off in May. I have been looking forward to getting laid off for the past 5 years!
Primarily, what will be targeted.
