Stop calling AIG “woke” and acting like people of color have some leg up at this dump. Last year, just months after George Floyd, the company laid off the 4 highest-ranking African Americans on the same day. 2 of which were the heads of diversity. I’ve been in Claims for almost a decade and have seen Black and Brown folks riffed just like our White counterparts. This company isn’t looking out for anyone outside of C-Suite.
Just had to post because the comments acting like only certain groups are getting riffed is totally false. There are woke companies out there but this isn’t one of them. I’ll now go back to laying low and begging for a little extra STI like the rest of my colleagues of all races.
