The worst feeling, (among other things), is when your close friends start complaining about Allstate and stating the reasons why they eventually decided on other companies and no longer wanting to be Allstate customers.
I don’t know if I’m more ashamed at that point (because I am the one feeling guilty instead of decision makers), or if I’m more frustrated with the whole situation.

The Wolf has had some of those hurt feelings with friends also. It is 10x worse for the agents that sell their over priced products and unstable rates. However, I am coming to the rescue as an independent agent and showing friends and family how normal insurance companies treat their clients. Moreover, rate stability is a key feature that the Wolf sells. You are better off agreeing with your friends and family and just do your J.O.B. Furthermore, if you are with Allstate for your personal insurance, price out other options and feel your friends pain so you can at least empathize with them. However, most Allstate employees are not insured with Allstate.
The worst feeling is that I work a dead end job doing drone work for a greedy insurance company
