When Clay is still working at Oracle, publically speaking/engaged and just a consent from BOD/exec leadership 'this is ok'

When I realized that we assume our customers are stupid and won't mind our cr-p products. When I realized that people who are smart and work hard are not rewarded for it. When I realized that everyone in my org is just milking it till retirement, and has zero ambition to learn anything new.

Man. That’s a long list. The day I found out the guy who hired me was just the pet of the woman who hired him. She had slept her way into a position of power. Then we acquire all these companies and the people came into positions of mgmt for zero reason and the woman I spoke about above basically sold her entire group out and promoted these people to anything they wanted.

I’m legit here cause my job requires zero effort, I make money investing, and legit don’t give a cr-p about anyone in my org besides a handful.

I know when people call me and say, “well, I’m still here...” that they hate it.

First day of Oracle after company acquisition. They told us nothing would change. They lied.

First time I was at CVC with Safra. It was an awful experience.

After i read the lawsuit
http://andrewwatters.com/law/oracle/Maynard-Koran%20-%20FAC.pdf
and understand why myself and many of my x-colleagues from GIT were layoff between 2019-2021.

Or are you one of the few who still believe this place commands some respect?
