We’re told to STFU and not allowed to talk with anyone or we will be fired. No one. Everything is being monitored. I’m wondering how many employees are depressed? And have contemplated su----e? Are terrified? This isn’t normal. A company shouldn’t define our well being, but I feel like it’s intentional here. You’re lucky to have a job, is their hidden we---n. It’s not right. We’re so toxic, that we’re now drones. HR expects us to turn each other in and back stab. What is going on? I feel like we’re Game of Thrones. So sad and depressing. We deserve better leadership. We deserve better work life balance.
