I get really disappointed when I see what kind of people come to managerial positions. Maybe I'm not right, but these people didn't deserve those positions. I worked hard and I was totally committed to this company, but when I see how they behave and how they take their jobs lightly, I start to emulate their behavior as well.
Awesome of you to admit your short comings here.
Maybe those people were like you one day, hard working but got discouraged along the way. Now that they are in management yeah, they feel entitled and are going to "take it easy". Why don't you be the change you want to see and break the cycle? If they really don't deserve to be in that position then you as a hungry up and coming employee should easily be able to work around them.
How about you worry less about wtf someone else is doing and you wake up every day trying and striving to be better than YOU were yesterday?
Yes, I agree. Fu-k CVS at a corp level. With that said, at the end of the day YOU are the cause and solution to your problems.
