Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Tulsa Site

I heard through the grapevine the Tulsa site is closing? Perhaps this is old news, but it's been awhile since I worked at Honeywell. What site is getting all the R&O work? Has mgmt said when the doors will close? What's the general mood at the site right now?

There are several heat transfer R&O companies in Tulsa that compete against Honeywell. I bet there are some discussions going on behind closed doors... those other companies would be stupid not to try an acquisition.

What about the two UOP groups that the fat British dude managed to run into the ground? Those two groups were once proud thriving companies and are now in just absolute ruins. I wonder if anyone actually still works there any longer?

You're late to the party. Not a secret. Moving to multiple HON sites, but most work to Mexicali.

Tulsa's work is moving to mexicali. Supposed to be done by the end of the year. Who knows if it can be completed by then.
