Thread regarding Prudential layoffs

What's going to be left in a few years? Seems like a lot will be gone.

With all the changes at this place, what will be left?

They're probably going to sell full service, scaling back Annuities drastically, slowing down ILI, and could sell Group Insurance. Anyone hear anything on this?

What will be left? Just PGIM and some parts of Retirement?

I heard it's all going at some point. I think the pandemic messed with their plans a bit, but all signs point to the company being taken over or sold off in pieces in the next 2-5 years.

Since there is some big name management consulting company involved, everything is on the chopping block, more money they “save”, the bigger their paychecks. Stock probably goes up and the executives retire with HUGE payouts...
