Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

My club has so much favoritism its ridiculous running a bakery department like everything they do means nothing short handed can't hire anyone because the rest of the store is over staffed!! How is that the bakery problem?? And yet the meat department can be over 80-100 hours a week mean while bakery associates ki----g the self to finish everything even during the pandemic bakery was not allowed overtime because our comps were not as high as other departments so we had to suffer and be bitched at because we were running out of product store manager is always setting us up to fail sorry our product costs pennies on the dollar

Yeah this has nothing to do with the person who posted this, but to the person who said above quote.

I’m not here defend one fresh depart over the other. However, when it comes down to it with p&l meat doesn’t make much. Of course it’s also dependent if the lead follows through on bone barrel checks, and making sure to catch anything that the dc didn’t send. Meat looses a lot of money in the trimmings too, lot’s of money.

Not a meat Lead, fresh lead yes. I work closely with my fellow fresh leads. I know the ins and outs of what’s going on in their areas, they know mine too. I know it’s a rare thing to be that way. But it’s about the only thing in my club that goes like that. Other than that it’s a flaming ball of shi** with the never ending running around like chicken with its head off. Bs games played by managers so on and so forth. But now I’m ranting.

I would love to know who would take time to make this ridiculous post ? Oddly calling out a Vegas club ? Even funnier when you call people out by names ... sounds like a typical hatter who is insecure and acting like wizard of oz ... stay behind the curtain you are best served in the darkness !!

Vegas club...That is the mentality of ALL Sam's. It's been that way for decades! All they care about is money and somehow the menial amount of Sam's share or bonus or 2% annual raise is supposed to make you happy....which it will for the kids that work at a Sam's. But not for adults that have real bills.
