There is already a lot of talk about layoffs in June.
Is there any guess or some insight as to how many people might be affected, who will be the target? I hope for the best, but I'm prepared for the worst.

It's starting.
Usually it means they can’t get their shxx together and HR hasn’t approved the org yet.
There's re-orgs going on in GT&O and no formal org announcements to go with them.
Why so shady and sneaky? Does that mean layoffs are coming?
