Back in December I told myself that I needed to hope for the best BUT be prepared for the worst. I have always enjoyed working here but like with any company their priority will always be the bottom line. Now I keep wondering how many roles can be made redundant, how much restructuring is required, all in the name of “cost cutting measures”. I hope everyone starts preparing for the worst if you haven’t already. Things are not looking in our favor.

Titanic is sinking and there are only so may floats. Management bravely secured their seats and already departed into Inspire universe. Thanks to COVID and remote working this all happening behind the curtains.
Wake up!
Don’t be like that Titanic orchestra member who pretended that all is right. The only thing that everyone should focus on is updating resumes and lining up interviews. The rest is a lesser priority. Your managers already signed us up for a musical chairs game with no chairs at all…
Repeating for all others who are in the dark - if by now you do not have Inspire ticket in hand, there is no spot for you. You will be let go.
What prompted this? Is something going on in your department? I wish they would be more forthcoming with this info. Everyone is so secretive. It’s really lowering morale here at a rapid pace.
I feel very cautious myself and it's a struggle to stay hopeful but is there anything specific or recent that's increased the level of doubt about our future? Just wondering if there's something else I mightve missed.
