Coming into Centene I had all these expectations and high hopes of what my career would be like. The disillusionment of it all is a bit crushing to say the least. I thought I would be given proper training and the tools needed to do my job properly and I had been naive to assume that management was there to guide me and assist me when needed. Boy was I wrong. Most of the time I feel like out of my element and if it weren’t for my coworkers I think I’d be sinking instead of treading water.
