with regards to who decides which projects deserve attention and which don’t.
I would not like anyone here to name a person because of whom a project that had a lot of potential was not realized, but the point is that employees and the company itself suffer because of such people. The company suffers manifold. Primarily because people whose good ideas here encounter obstacles, take those ideas to competition.
