I’m a Grade 13 and receives $0. Is that normal?
I got a message to download my compensation summary for H2 from Workday.
Surprise, surprise, I apparently got a significant chunk of RSU in the round, and nobody told me.
Don’t know about RSUs but a lot of IOT Managers got made up to Director. IOT is the future of Cisco.

@4ndh+1aRB6ngr Wrong. I am G11 and got some. Did not expect it, so was a pleasant surprise. Yes I know I am not supposed to say anything positive about the company on this site. If I do then I am either a troll, or I am "Chuck" or I am " a HR paid shill" etc. etc. Bunch of sad, useless moaning freaks with nothing to but whine and j@^k off on this site. I got a heap in 2019 in two rounds. I got 30k value in RSU in 2020. Nothing so far this year.
Were there any promo cycles that happened this week? Or this cycle is just RSUs.. BTW, got some RSUs which were mightly paltry over whatever i had received over the previous years.
Yes Grade 11 in sales (TSA) but only got 50k RSU's. Other than top TSA's on the team AM, PSS, SE and TSA's dont normally get RSU's.
Managers started notifying people last week that were to receive any. No such thing as a web letter now. You should really quit playing video games and read your emails since that information came out more than a quarter ago. I do call BS on the 25-30% for the last 3-4 years statement. I can guarantee that if you aren't a GR13 + that you haven't received that unless you make the minimum wage.

No web letter or workday info yet. I assume nothing in workday until it is board approved. Acceptance letter will probably be the first notification.
Less rsu's this year. ~15% of base for me this year. Had received 25-30% for the last 3-4 years. Better than nothing....
