Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Agree stock price not reflective of actual performance

I believe the KKR sell off of 20 million plus shares hurt more than we think and scared off some investors. KKR needs a orderly exit. It seems every time the stock has momentum KKR takes it down with huge sell offs. Can’t this be done in a more orderly and gradual way?

The Board should work with KKR to do exactly as you say, enact an orderly and predictable exit.

KKR is only good for one thing: Pump + Dump. Everything revolves around that.

If it isn't propaganda or cost-cutting, Frank won't let it happen.

Why else do you think they bother with a Brand Management shill in this forum?

They have short term return needs. They could care less about the long term viability of FISV
