I’ve spent more than 5 years with Dunkin’ and enjoyed the majority of my time. Then the rumors started once again that small layoffs will continue indefinitely and true or not, I didn’t plan to stick around. I started putting out feelers and putting in applications on a daily basis. No matter how much I love the brand and how much I believed in it I have to put my needs first and to do that I needed to take control of my career instead of waiting around hoping the rug won’t be pulled out from under me. I’ve actually found a position as a GM with another franchise and I start in just a few weeks. Wish me luck and I hope nothing but the best for everyone who decides to toughen it out!

I totally understand where you’re coming from and wish you the best. Very sad that this is happening.
This is probably one of the most realistic and professional-sounding parts since the acquisition.
It just speaks to how so many of us feel. We're all weighing the pros and cons all the while appreciating what it's meant to be part of this wonderful Dunkin family.
