Whatever people. I have personally seen people change their time and nothing is done about it. I have seen people walked out for their attendance. If someone is not being terminated due to their points, then Sam's is setting a very dangerous precedent and they are inviting lawsuits. And another thing; I am sick of people taking advantage of the PAID TIME OFF DUE TO COVID. We have had the same people use this excuse 2 to 3 times. The favoritism needs to stop once and for all. What kind of remark is inbreeding? I sometime wonder about the IQ of some of the people who come on this blog. Grow up.
maybe you off base on this one. have you asked your manager why the person hasn't been terminated?
the manager could be waiting until they have their replacement hired before getting rid of the guilty.
