You should see the HR CES scores. It's bad, people jumping ship. More to come, no faith that leadership team can get things headed in the right direction. It's a mess...
Hr managers don't care until its their worker. 7 isn't that many yet. I am sure they are making one off excuses for each individual. Just wait a month for another 7 to drop notice. Then MW will care that his engineers aren't getting the support they need.
This company no longer gives HR the respect it dezerves!
When psg 21-23 Hr professional are leaving for Psg 26+ money....its a no brainer. Plus, all of HR jobs got downgraded....so no future here.
People had time to be at home and reflect for an extended period of time (maybe for the first time in their life) and they realized that they don’t really give a sh!t about going back and trudging through the corporate bullish!t.
I’m surprised HR is leaving those gravy train jobs. I can’t imagine them getting paid more somewhere else.

Wouldn't mind jumping ship and stacking shelves at farmer joes - More job satisfaction
