There won't be any significant layoffs. Only the "really, really, really", dead wood. The "really" and the "really, really" dead wood will be untouched.
They don’t “target” high paid people. They tell managers to reduce they’re payroll by $x. This puts the manager in the position of decimating low paid staff and taking a large headcount hit, or going after higher paid staff and a lower headcount hit. Meanwhile Brian is okay with giving a John Kerry a $5,000,000 payday in 2020.

I said back in March that a lot of the layoffs will affect upper and middle management fat cats. The branch closures that will begin later this year will affect a lot of these positions. This company is going to be lean and mean. This is going to be a total bloodbath.

How much severance? Share what your were making salary bonus wise? I'm curious if they are targeting large salaries and/or older people
