1- I’m in Annandale terrible here, YL picnic this year, place is a joke! At least the corn is planted.
I heard these lyrics only once. Stuck with me.
In the 16th century, what is happy, baby?
In a penitentiary, what is happy, baby?
Cradle will rock, right?

Well I’m looking for a different job so apparently not happy.
What? No negative numbers?
When I am able to do meaningful technical work as I am a technician its an 8 or 9.
Dealing with the toxic culture, bureaucracy, safety, overt preferential treatment for some and people (a holes) I am down to 1. It is a fixed system and not very fair especially to minorities or unpopular/not favorites of the supervisors and manager. We are getting judged in EADS by the supervisors and manager has the final say. If you do not know the different supervisors and they don't know you then you are doomed. PIPs will be early July so they can get us off the payroll, then comes the retirement eligible. The manager will come by and persuade some to retire because of the interest rate.
- I like my work and colleagues {full points}. But I hate all the uncertainty and constant reorgs. I also don't know if management values me as a technical contributor anymore. I feel like I am just tolerated until they can get a cheaper employee at msp or TC to do my work. So that's awkward.
If you are at work to be happy, you had a poor upbringing.

5 because I’m in my first year. I don’t plan on staying but I’m making great money for my age.
5-7 range depending
It depends. The days I get to wear my XOM gear, power walk, Yam, and attend meetings all day with XOM managers it's a solid 10. When I don't get to see the XOM managers that invented winning then it's a 1.
I'm as happy as a boomer when they are told to take some responsibility for their actions
That is a 1, very unhappy, on the verge of a temper tantrum
