How to vote white proxy in savings plan?

Has anyone figured out how to vote the white card in their savings plan? Not looking for a debate on blue vs. white...expect everyone can make up their own mind, simply looking to understand 'how' to actually vote on shares held in that account?

The Company (Blue proxy) sent out the www.ProxyVote.com communication - with a nicely personalized ID number - back in March. You can vote your shares there, it says.
I suspect this was a tracking tool actually.
This ProxyVote website does not offer any options for voting the Engine (White proxy) board members. but it does offer some of the Engine content - for example, separate CEO and Chairman requirement.

If you do not vote your 401K shares, the company will vote them for you.
I'm guessing Blue.

Spending $35 million on this. At least some went to Securities Fraud attorney consultations.
Or maybe not.

That’s a great question! I’m still looking into it.

If you call the number on the engine number1 site they will tell you to vote you shares with your broker (Voya?).

If you call Voya they are pretty much clueless, but give you the number they have on hand for proxy vote questions.

And guess what!? It’s always busy!!!

Somebody doesn’t seem to want you to be able to vote your shares! Somebody could be scared that they way they treat certain shareholders could come back to bite them!

The best you might be able to do is abstain from voting for any of the directors and vote the opposite of board recommendations on all the of the voting items. The only thing I would align with the board on is the ratification of independent auditors.

If I find out how to vote the white card when shares are held in the savings plan then I’ll post here.
