Thread regarding Hertz layoffs

Not giving my best anymore

I've been convinced many times that hard work brings nothing but stress.
How many employees are cut just because they weren’t among the favorites, and they did a great job? I have heard of many such cases. And finally, what is the moral of the story of such management? - It's not worth the effort.

At Hertz hard work is pointless.
No reward of any type.
I have seen so many incompetent folks getting promoted because theybwere buddies with their managers, it is scary!
Do the minimum and that's even more than what these morrons deserve.
Hard work pays back in fair companies.
Save your energy for your next job.

And those who will try to preach their good morale on how bad is my comment, save your lesson for others. I have a list of long exemples of how corrupted and full of lies this company is.
Never work hard for a sleazy employer.

You sound burned out. You can only control your actions. If you can’t learn to focus on mental health on what you can control it doesnt matter. Youll burn, turn and point fingers the rest of your career.
