I worked here for seven years. I can't be so dishonest as to say that there weren't any good things here. There were some, but the best thing that happened to me was getting laid off. If it hadn't happened, I’d probably still be wasting time here, because for a long time I couldn’t gather the courage to quit. Now I finally have a job that is better and finally have a little relief.

I was a 20+ year guy, started with Scientific-Atlanta in Norcross which later migrated toLawrenceville. It was a never a good, growing business. It was a steady paycheck although the ranks dwindled and I do not really look back on it with much fondness. Most of the 20 years it was the different RND locations battling with each other to see who would be the last left standing. And the last left standing are the ones to feel sorry for or pity. Careful what you wish for.
