Anyone have any insight into what exactly is going to fall under this new STR channel? Will stores formerly operating under Retail Channel be moved if they are STR? Will that mean new DMs, etc? Or will this be a channel to oversee the new HTE roles?

People are getting meeting makers to speak with Directors. I just got one set up for tomorrow and it's very similar to how they laid off people last year. Only two people from my team got invites while the rest haven't. Pray for me guys, I think after almost a decade of employment, I'm seeing the end of the road.
Anyone have any details on the DDM role? At one point they stated we would mapped into territory either SMRA or top 100 has that changed?
So Directors and VPs have been impacted so far. Any word on how Territory Managers and COR DMs will be aligned under the new SMRA structure?
