Mass hiring?

Got conductors spots up for everywhere on the jobs page. Big changes? Waiting on them to bring all these furloughs back first!

The Company is getting a deal- more guys starting at low step rate and those who didnt make it to 100 leaving- they are underpaying for labor!

Squires would consider it a box lunch

I personally printed the email out about transferring to a conductor, took a hot steamy dump on it, threw it in a box and mailed it to Squires

Well that and they couldn't get enough to take their raw transfer buyout deal.

To the 1st poster: I believe the hiring is because they tried to call the furloughs back. Most did not come back. I do not blame them either.

I’d leave 1000.00 a week on the table before I’d do anything for this company. They do not give a Sh– about employees.

They offered me a transfer with a seniority buy out in my craft to transfer to conductor position, not in my terminal of course. Why would I take a measly 5k, uproot everything an transfer into a craft where they want to eliminate 50% of the workforce?
