In QCT or QCA, they fired almost all good managers, so it's really a good luck you have a nice manager

Depends on your manager. If you get a bad manager at Intel you are screwed. If you have a bad manager at Qualcomm it’s better to leave. Intel and Qualcomm will be around 10 years from now - so it’s a matter of preference. Although Qualcomm’s customers seem to hold a lot more hatred towards them.... but with all the lawsuits it doesn’t take a genius to know that

Both are sh!t so you have to do your due diligence before deciding to move to Intel. Intel's layoff board is very active these days, which is a bad sign, so you can ask people over there and get some responses.
Which team are you working at now and where are you planning to go at Intel?
