UnitedHealth Group is notorious for laying off in small chunks so April, 2021 they will be letting small groups go so that the public is not alerted and they don't have to report it to DOL.

I hear more pharmacist layoffs by United today in the charlotte NC region under Medicaid. Plans are being administered via automation more.
My team on the M &R side got hit and yes, it was on a Thursday and we are a small team.
The claims are delayed because they have to go over to India to be worked.
I've noticed that claims are taking a lot longer to process after receiving medical records or being routed back to be reprocessed. I tell people usually that it takes 10 business days but I've noticed that it's been taking over a month or two to process claims after receiving the information we requested. Is that because UHC has less people to work on these claims due to layoffs?
It's normally on a Thursday. I've seen April 15 mentioned. Remember they can't do it in one big chunk because they would have to report that... what a cluster f....k!
Do you think it will be soon or at the end of April?
