Thread regarding L3Harris Technologies layoffs

Bad practices will catch up with L3Harris, sooner or later...

Asking employees to string customers along on a daily basis on their order status is just wrong. Managers and supervisors act like it's just the way things are, and I completely disagreed with this practice, so I was written up. I just decided to take the high road and leave. Best decision ever.
This sort of business ethics will catch up with L3Harris. Maybe not right away, but it will. Their reputation is already in the gutter.

Absolutely! This is such a horrible practice and it is one of the biggest reasons why I am also actively looking for a new job. I don't understand how it hasn't affected this company even more negatively so far?

You'll be glad when you're gone. Just be careful about how you have any potential future employers contact L3H. I can tell you that Human Resources may not be the most helpful and/or ethical when dealing with inquiries.
