Anyone else have the same associates going out for covid leave and getting paid or just my store?! Can you even imagine if some of the good associates just started doing what everyone else was doing? Amazing some of us still feel guilty when clearly we should not. Hey maybe we are the dumb ones not taking advantage of this! Sam's club needs to get a better system for real. Covid abusers are going to be the companies downfall

If an associate gets a positive test result and then goes out on leave after : It does NOT count against you and shorten your bonus pay . It is codes as a level 3 in system . Use your chain of command and go higher to you get your results . Or you will be cheated a CLUB level . Any other absences can count against a full bonus IF not using your PPTO or PTO time . Faxt
Have a few of those that have cried wolf quite a few times.... how do they get away with it? Then when they come back get pissed when someone else calls off.....
But then they cry when it's bonus time!! 😂 😂
We have a few people that have "had covid" 3-4 times! Of course they also have multiple people working in the club living under the same roof, so when one "has it" they all have to leave. I know some people are legit but we also have the ones who know how to play the game.
Yes, it is pretty funny. In fact one person answered the questions wrong just to get a paid leave.
We have a certain clique that when they want a few days off just put a hot pack or compress on their forehead to make it seem like they have a fever. Now if they put that kind of effort into their job they would be great workers. I always said that you give a big and time consuming task to the lazy ones because they will figure out how to get it done quickly and efficiently so they don't have to work longer. Go figure huh.
