One word- Lack of Personnel. I have seen entire pools needing vacancies filled with no one to do it. Literally down to 2 crews available out of 30 at any one time with an extraboard at half strength. 10 conductors on Y on the pool from going out, regular pools covering extra jobs. Hiring at every single terminal on system practically, plus the conductor school is supposedly shut down in
GA.......

I love seeing the Company fall flat on its face from bad business decisions, if you want to work right now its money hand over fist. I hope their OR goes up and the mainlines get blocked from under-powered trains and derailments......
