Has anyone noticed on their new routes you are expected to do too much???
I do not get very much merchandising on my new route. Mondelez expects me to do EVERYTHING!
I will have a MOD and get 9 minutes. Sometimes I'm lucky enough to get 32 minutes for MOD.
This leads to them giving me a supposed 40 hour schedule that's really in reality 55+ hours.
Eff you Mondelez!!!
Cancel all my wal mart orders. They are terrible orders.
No it has gotten worse. I trim and adjust the walmart edi orders, I dont ask and dont care if they dont want me to. They aren't the ones dealing with the fall out. I dont argue the Walmart, it's a losing battle and simply dont have the time to care anymore.
has it gotten any better for anyone? i dont suppose anyone wants to give an idea of where in the country they are but it was finally enough to push me out the door. they dont want us to touch the orders...to edit or trim them but they dont understand why its piling up in walmarts . time is so limited its hard to have a sales type conversation with anyone and i still cant get an answer to my biggest question, that being when the walmart managers or manager on duty tells you you are NOT getting the scripted display are you supposed to argue?
pt merchandisers are cheap...no benefits and no guarantee of hours. They can eliminate use of FT merchandisers overtime. Also beefing up so as DSD continues to wing down, they can finish out. Keebler did the same.
They're beefing up on pt merchandisers around here.
