Education and experience mean nothing in this company anymore. People with most skills and experience are also the ones most humiliated in this company. I couldn't take it anymore and I left.
I became sick of the mediocrities that brought this company to the situation it is in today, they'll end up destroying it in the end. Is there anyone who was really worth keeping that wasn't expelled from this company or left voluntarily?

You ate dealing with customers (company reps) that have minimal education and very few real skills other than kissing ash.
