Does anybody feel comfortable sharing detailed info on what the severance package looks like - including medical? I'm very interested in knowing if it's the same as usual or have they changed/reduced anything due to the pandemic. I wouldn't put it past them, to be honest.

Depends where you work I’m a CSR and they do not lay us off they just flat out fire you without a benefits package .they go through our work history and we have it we have the smallest ding You are fired we mean nothing to the company
I got two weeks for each year of service and one year of health insurance
