i left the KB (VP) tech organisation in the last 8 months. it seemed that he was stuffing all his leadership roles with as many indian men as he was allowed to. the environment was toxic. i witnessed many of his leaders talk down to women when they gave their opinions but never said anything if it was one of his male especially indian leaders. he seems to be building his own version of infy at nm and is running it like infy. fear. belittling. unwilling to listen. i cant believe neal hasnt done anything about him yet.

If women were truly underpaid companies would only be hiring women and not men. That is such bafoonery to even suggest that is happening. Instead of doing WIT and ERG's all day, try doing some real work and see how the respect pours in. Playing the victim card will get you nowhere.

NM is the most openly sexist place I've ever seen in my 25 year career. Aside from the massive number of ignored se-ual harassment complaints, women at all levels are consistently put down, underestimated, judged physically, and underpaid. The more lip service NM pays to hiring and promoting women, the worse they make the problem. The old men running the company seem to only value (1) the women who spend all their time organizing ERGs and facilitating lunch and learns - thus perpetuating the gloried secretary stereotype, and (2) women who only know how to get ahead by throwing others into the meat grinder - just ask the ladies who work in marketing what that's like. The only thing keeping them from a record breaking number of employment lawsuits, are the fat payouts they give to the women they've driven away.
