I believe most of us have given Mondelez much more than Mondelez has given us. It is a shame what is expected of employees and how much is returned to them given the expectations.
I know people who have subordinated their entire private lives to this company and got nothing in return. They thought it would mean something if they gave 200 percent of themselves, but no. For Mondelez we are obviously just a number.
I realized it and decided being a pu--y wasn't for me. Some people like being pu----s and like breaking down their bodies for a cr-p comapy. Personal preference i guess.

Mondelez loves hiring pu----s because although the bi--h and moan, they still work and wont hold management accountable nor will look for better opportunities.

If a company wants me to care about the duties I'm performing in the role I was hired for, then they better care about me as a valued member of their organization.
I don't know where you get off stating a company can care nothing for their employees, treat them poorly, yet expect said employee to dedicate their selves to Mondelez's cause, and perform top tier.

I agree with EVERYTHING you said.
In all these years my knees, my hands and wrists. My sleep time is gone, for the last year I have nightmares almost every f night. Also my mental health, I feel depressed and anxious at the same time. It’s unbelievable to do my work and took care of every other people every day not to be hold responsible. No rotation, pallets undone left in the back and horrendous expectations and days of 15 hours. If you want to destroy a human being this is the process to it.

The social justice holidays, yipee....they took away lots of PTO so they are giving us a couple days back. Been here 20 yrs, never been paid for MLK day, you? There ya go..
Why would you think any one of us would be more important than the roles we are paid to perform for this corporation? If you dont like where your life is heading, then move on. There is nothing wrong with a corporation being indifferent to your personal self. It's not the responsibility of Mondelez to care about you.
I'm so proud to work for this company. There was just a call today to roll out Social Justice Holidays to the organization. Every full time worker will be eligible for up to two paid Social Justice days a year. Expect Senior Leadership to announce this later this week / early next week.
