I have been fed up with this place for a long time and I would love some change. Good pay doesn’t equal a happy employee.
It used to be the most important thing to me, I didn’t pay much attention to the atmosphere, I did my job and that’s it.
However, now I would consider even a lower paid job, just so I don't have to put up with the increasingly tense atmosphere here anymore.
Yeah agree with you 100%. I would say around Sept business is in full full swing, get out then. Not worth the stress staying here. The quality of people here has just absolutely imploded. They're pulling people from the cheapest parts of the globe and boy does it show.
