The only thing this leadership knows how to do is fill their own pockets. They don't care about making money for the company or trying to ensure it does well in the long run. They'll do what they need to do to ensure their f-tbonuses are paid out, nothing else matters. I know this is not strictly a Honeywell problem, but that certainly doesn't make it any better.
